Use the following table to find your ring size based on the diameter of a ring that fits you well. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in mm and match it to the corresponding size below:
Ring Size | Circumference (mm) | Diameter (mm) |
---|---|---|
6 | 51.9 | 16.5 |
7 | 54.4 | 17.3 |
8 | 57.0 | 18.2 |
To measure your ring size using the circumference method, wrap a piece of string or a flexible measuring tape around the base of your finger.
Mark the point where the string or tape overlaps and measure the length in mm.
This measurement corresponds to your ring size.
For the diameter method, use a ruler to measure the internal diameter of a ring that fits you well.
Measure the widest part of the ring's inner circle in mm.
This measurement will help you determine your ring size as well.
It is advisable to measure your finger at the end of the day when it is likely to be at its largest. Additionally, consider the width of the ring; wider bands may require a slightly larger size for comfort.
