This Cancellation & Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall govern the relationship between Eye Candy Jewels, having its postal address at Bangalore (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “Eye Candy Jewels” or “Us” or “Our” or “We”) and you (hereinafter referred to “You” or “Your” or “User” or “Users” or “Customers”) when you make any purchases or place orders on our site, i.e. https://eyecandyjewels.in/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site” or “Platform”).

 

Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and EYE Candy Jewels. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you may not purchase our products or place an order with us. Besides this, you shall purchase and use the products available through the Site, and may return the same, in strict compliance with this Policy and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations that you may be subject to (collectively referred to as, “Applicable Laws”). 

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.

Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy (7 Days Easy Exchange)

We offer a smooth and hassle-free exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Damaged Item Exchange with the same item
Wrong Item Received Exchange with the same item

Ring Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges are applicable only for rings
  • Exchanges will be made with the same variant
  • A ₹250 fee will be applicable to cover shipping and handling

Important Notes for Ring Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order
  • The ₹250 fee is mandatory for all size-related exchanges
  • Please refer to our Ring Size Guide before placing your order

Important Exchange Guidelines

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong item claim
  • The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted
  • If the exact item is unavailable, our team will:
    • Offer the closest available variant, or
    • Provide store credit

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please:

  2. Share your Order ID
  3. Provide a clear image of the product
