We strongly recommend that you carefully review your address, phone number, and pincode before placing your order to avoid any delays or additional charges. If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will make every effort to update the address before the order is dispatched. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery details.A reshipment fee will be applicable for re-dispatching the order.

The advance amount paid for Partial COD orders is non-refundable. This amount is collected to confirm your order and cover processing and shipping commitments. In case of order refusal, non-acceptance, or failed delivery due to incorrect details, the advance payment will not be refunded.

To avoid fake orders and ensure smooth processing, all Partial COD orders require a small advance payment of ₹250 . Once paid, this amount is non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled, refused, or remains unaccepted at delivery.
