Is your jewellery waterproof and sweat-resistant?

Yes! Our jewellery is designed to be waterproof and sweat-resistant, so you can wear it every day without worrying about tarnishing. With a little care, your pieces will retain their shine and finish for a long time.

What materials are used in your jewellery?

Our jewellery is crafted using premium 316L grade stainless steel and finished with an 18k gold coating—made to be durable, skin-safe, and perfect for everyday wear.

How do I care for and store my jewellery?

Our jewellery is waterproof, sweat-resistant, anti-tarnish, and hypoallergenic—making it ideal for everyday wear, even for sensitive skin. Every piece is also free from nickel, lead, and cadmium.

Your pieces won’t fade—over time, the tone may deepen slightly while maintaining its finish.

To keep it looking its best:  

• Avoid contact with sharp surfaces to prevent scratches.  

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.  

• Store in your Eyecandy packaging or a zip-lock pouch when not in use.  

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes and lotions to preserve shine for longer.

Can I change my address once the order has been placed?

We strongly recommend that you carefully review your address, phone number, and pincode before placing your order to avoid any delays or additional charges. If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will make every effort to update the address before the order is dispatched. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery details.A reshipment fee will be applicable for re-dispatching the order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD). To confirm your order and reduce fake orders, a small advance payment of ₹250 is collected at checkout. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

Is the Partial COD amount refundable?

The advance amount paid for Partial COD orders is non-refundable, as it is used to confirm your order and initiate processing. In cases of cancellation, refusal, non-acceptance, or failed delivery due to incorrect details, the advance amount cannot be refunded.
